Email Terms and Conditions

Any email received from Walco, WA, Pty Ltd, As Trustee for the Castle Business Trust, Trading as, but not limited to, Garrison Solutions and any other successor or assignee of Walco, WA, Pty Ltd, As Trustee for the Castle Business Trust (The Business) shall be subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Without Prejudice

All correspondence from the business is 'without prejudice'

2. Breach of confidentiality & accidental breach of confidentiality.

This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. If you have received this email in error please notify the system manager. This message contains confidential information and is intended only for the individual named. All quotes from the business are valid for 30* days following the date of email transmission. Our business accepts no liability for the content of this email, or for the consequences of any actions taken on the basis of the information provided, unless that information is subsequently confirmed in writing. Unless otherwise advised, all prices are excluding GST and exclude errors or omissions.

*The thirty day clause excludes force majeure, unexpected price variations and is entirely at the discretion of the Business.

7. Binding Agreement

Unless an express response to the contrary is received by the sender within 24 hours from the time and date of receiving this communication, the receiver accepts these terms and conditions as binding. The receiver accepts that these terms and conditions override all other terms and conditions.
